    Our staying was very good, relaxing and quiet. Spa area small but well organised, room comfortable and clean, breakfast good and abundant. Hopefully we'll be back!

    Great location access to the spa was easy to arrange. Outside area had beautiful views of the lake, wonderful location.
    Bedrooms for the money were plain and the bed was not comfortable at all. I did expect more for the expense

    Great location and good food, but the spa was overcrowded which was a big disappointment
    Great location, clean rooms and a very good dinner
    Thermal spa was overcrowded, the reason we booked the hotel was for the spa, so this is why I do not rate the hotel value for money overall

    Hotel.was conveniently located. The shower was good. Drinks in the mini bar were reasonably priced. Most staff were friendly.
    Hotel was in need of modernising, a few scuff and rip marks on bed. The elevater is very small and so we avoided using it so may not be great for anyone older or with mobility issues. There was awful smell at times in the corridors of eggs could have been from the pool or something we were not sure
