    A wonderful experience
    Breakfast was good. I loved all of the coffee choices. There was a great selection of fruit, meats, cheeses, and bread as well as hot selections. The view from the dining room was incredible.

    Lovely hotel
    Fantastic location, First lift an easy few minutes walk, frequent ski bus to Terminal lifts just outside hotel. All facilities excellent and staff very helpful and hard-working. Great views from Eiger view rooms.
    Not sure why there is a 'no swimsuits' sign on the saunas but not elsewhere (we ignored it) which makes UK visitors and apparently Belgians we spoke to uncomfortable. When are Europeans going to realise that sitting naked somewhere immediately after someone else has just there sat naked is NOT hygienic and frankly a bit weird.

    I recommend the hotel was good stay !
    Staff was very welcoming and kind and helpful, we had a issue with one of the rooms and they deal with it in no time , breakfast and sitting area around the hotel were very cozy! Kids loved the outdoor pool area with berth taking views!
    The beds were not comfortable at all, otherwise the room was clean and very big with stunning views, a bit too expensive considering the bad sleep you get in there beds,

    Would recommend!
    Stayed here as we wanted to visit the pool - it did not disappoint but it does get crowded at times. Our room had a nice outdoor area that we really enjoyed. Breakfast spread was sufficient, and had an omelette station.

    A great location, fantastic facilities, rooms could do with an update.
    The spa was fantastic!
    Hotel room and bathroom were very dated, our bed kept separating and Id slip down the middle. The shower was weak and went from hot to cold randomly.

    The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, in the city centre. But the view from the swimming pool is the best in Grindelwald.

    The main entrance of the hotel needs to be cleaned, painted, and brightened up.
    We loved the spa facilities - the pool is in this picture and is amazing.
    The staff at reception was not friendly or helpful. We found the bell hop to be exceptional and welcoming. However, the particular woman at reception was slightly off putting and when we asked for recommendations about hikes or our tickets to the Jungfrau, she was not only reluctant to help, her information was inaccurate. Our expectation would be for this hotel to have a welcoming staff that encourages the guests to enjoy all the available hiking trails and be positive about the activities a guest would like to do. A bathroom was out of service in the lobby, and lights were out in many areas of the hotel. We found the hallways and areas by the rooms to be dirty and unacceptable.
