Very poor

This morning I was woken up by constructions right next to my door, yes, right out of my room. After asking the staff, the hotel wasnt fully booked last night, however, they still decided to put us right next to the constructions. It was a pleasant experience at first, but after waking up by non-stop constructions, it was devastating. Even the room and stairs smelled really bad. They could have informed us while checking in but they didnt. The staffs were nice, but other than that, I would not come back again, at least not till all the constructions are done.

Damp and horrendous smell in the room. Avoid

Good location

Poor health & safety measures. They were renovated the hotel due to water damage I think. The smell and damp outside of our room and sadly the smell in our room (No 25) was very strong. I couldnt sleep and affected my health. We had numerous complaints about it. We asked for a full refund and we got 20% off of our total stay.

Exceptional

Very helpful staff helped book reservations for me and recommended places to eat. Such unique style rooms , very clean and amazing, strong rain shower. Great location. If you turn left at the front door and walk for 6/7 minutes straight, you're in such a central area lots of markets and cafes.
