    A top quality boutique hotel in a very central location
    We take 7-8 holidays per annum and found this boutique hotel to be a real gem with more than a hint of luxury. Situated within walking distance of all main attractions and on a lively active street. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and found the food to be the best we have ever encountered at any hotel around the world. The scramble eggs with bacon and the porridge were to die for and kept us topped up for most of the day. Just didnt like the temperamental coffee machine. The bedroom was very nicely furnished and the ensuite was very nice also with beautiful quality fittings. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The test for a stay at any hotel is would you return and in the case of the Teatro we must definitely will return. Thank you for making the wonderful trip to Warsaw very special. Warsaw was also a wonderful city visit.

    Nice location - walking distance to the old town and very close to the metro for any further museum visits. bed was comfy and room was nice and clean.
    The lift stopped working at the start of our trip and we had to walk to the third floor everyday and also with our 30kg+ suitcase. We didnt use the breakfast because it was way too expensive - 80 pln per person, when you can get amazing food and coffee in nearby beautiful cafes for around 30 pln.

    On Friday night there was a very loud music at a venue nearby, until 2 or 2.30 am which was making it quite disturbing to sleep

    Location is superb - right at the beginning of Nowy Swiat on the Royal Route and minutes from the old town !
    The heating in the hotel is excellent - a liitle too much for me!
