Fantastic location, good room and clean bathrooms

The location could not have been better for this hotel, being a couple of minutes from Piazza Navona and only a comfortable walk away from the city's major monuments. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there are some fantastic breakfast places only minutes away from the hotel as well. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were accommodating even with our very late check-in.

The only caveat was that there was no lift and we had to go up a lot of stairs to our room. However, we read the reviews before booking and we were well aware that this could be a possibility.

We had good time in Rome. But once again the stairs were a big issue for us.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. location of the hotel was great.

We didn't appreciate that on Booking.com was no mention that this hotel doesn't have elevator. And that stairs are not easy to handle especially for the people in their seventies (like us). It's not a hotel problem it's Booking.com should make sure that future customers are aware of the conditions in this hotel.

10/10 great location (2 min walk from Piazza Navona) room and bathroom were very clean comfy bed and pillow room was warm (heating on) and quiet lovely view of the courtyard
