Disappointing

Disappointing experience.

Location was primary reason for choosing this accomodation. Went off season to avoid crowds.

Staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience all of the time.

We loved it and would recommend it

Cleanliness, staff very nice and accommodating plus the fact of having a shuttle to the beach and to Tropea it was perfect by the way the breakfast was excellent

The pool has no stairs to get in just ladders so at a certain age or problems with the knee difficult to get out plus beautiful vegetation right around the pool with the lounge chairs in front of all that vegetation way to many bugs so not able to enjoy the night sound the pool

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, pool and the gardens are beautiful, the staff is exceptional, helpful and so friendly (perhaps except for Miss Olga who seemed unfriendly towards us and not very polite). Free shuttles to Tropea and the beautiful private beach are also very convenient although we went mostly by foot as it is not far at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and definitely can recommend, especially thanks to the amazing staff!
