    The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. We had a 4 day wedding event in the area. There are a lot steps and hills but that's the area in general and not the fault of the hotel. Area is nice and quiet.

    We had a lovely stay in a beautiful place.
    Everything. It was friendly, welcoming and very comfortable, and the location was fantastic.
    Steep stairs but thats unavoidable.

    The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and Ravello is so much quieter and pleasant than staying down in Amalfi.

    Charming and friendly place to stay
    Nicely located off the main square so was easy to walk to. The staff were super friendly and helpful, with ferry and bus times located in the lobby. The breakfast was also pretty decent!
    It was a little dated - but a great place to stay if youre not fussed on super fancy rooms.

    lovely stay and i would book again.
    the staff was amazing. they made me feel really comfortable and welcome. i was nervous traveling to Italy alone and worried about communication but the staff made me feel like i was right at home. i felt like i was going home at the end of every day and i loved the breakfast and cappuccino every morning.
    it was totally fine but if i could improve on one thing, my room was next to a restaurant and they would clean dishes late into the night.
