    overall the rooms were very clean and staff were excellent. The only complaint we have is the air conditioners in the rooms are very noisy which makes it extremely hard to hear the TV. The motors need to be outside the rooms.

    Great hotel - better management needed
    Location and design was very well done. We had pizza and chips at the restaurant - food was great.
    Lifts were broke, air con wouldnt turn off, windows were dirty so your couldnt see the beautiful view properly , staff (apart from female manager with dark hair ) were not very helpful and unhappy. Restaurant was not busy when we attended but had to ask for everything and staff did not ask if we wanted top ups etc. Hotel has alot of potential but it is clear that there are management issues and staff not happy.

    great place and good VFM
    Location was awesome it was clean and the staff friendly
    no where to put ANYTHING. not one shelf, no cupboard, no drawers NOTHING. so had to live out of suitcase for 6 days which was really grim.
