Amazing stay, amazing staff and amazing food both at breakfast and restaurant dinning

The staff was very welcoming, the hotel was right in the centre not far from restaurants and other shops, and also not far from the cable cars that get you to skiing lines

The bedsheets were not clean

Amazing location

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room had everything you needed and the location just perfect. One of the rooms we had, the double bed was two single beds joined together which is absolutely fine and very common, the mattresses in our room just didnt want to stay put or stay together and they kept splitting or shifting whenever you moved around but its not a deal breaker as we only stayed one night.

Exceeded expectations!

It is in an excellent location, walking distance to shops restaurants, train, buses. The staff were always warm and friendly. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The breakfast is very well presented and great value, and the food in their restaurant is excellent. They also welcome and cater for young children. Theyre hot chocolate is exceptional. The view of the lake and the mountains was an absolute pleasure to wake up to every morning. Cant highly recommend this place enough. Absolutely enjoyed staying there and hope to return one day.

Quiet place in the city center

too difficult to obtain a key to the garage, mostly due to narrow street on the opposite side of the hotel, but fortunately, there was one free place to leave the car for a minute and grab the parking card for the garage

Good location, good breakfast and restuarnt

Hotel located on main street, easy walk to lake side and train station.It offers good breakfast. Has its own restaurant offering good choices of Austrian and Thai dishes.Hosts are friendly.
