I chose the option of a room with two beds. When I arrived at the place, the hotel organization left something to be desired and gave me a double bed with a sofa bed. I quickly reported the room error to reception, the owner asked me to wait 40 minutes to sanitize the correct room with two beds. Due to the weather, I chose to walk around the city, have dinner and change rooms on the way back. When I arrived, I was faced with a completely uncomfortable situation. The owner informed her that she could not change the room, as her work day had ended at exactly 9 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm. The problem is that the hotel description states in writing that reception is 24 hours a day. If the reception is 24 hours a day, why did the reception people's working day end at 9:30 pm? I felt totally ripped off, I had to sleep in a room that I didn't pay for. When I called the contact number, the person shouted at me in a tone of voice that I didn't like. The owner informed me that she would refund my money for the amount corresponding to a double bed. The next day, I had no problem getting my money back. But I didn't like the situation. Firstly, because they claim that the service is 24 hours a day, but they only work until 9 pm. Secondly, in a situation of difference of opinions, the correct thing to do is to keep your tone of voice pleasant and not loud. This gives an image of verbal aggression, I didn't like that at all. However, on the other hand. The money back was fair and as promised. Therefore, I conclude that it is a good accommodation, but that people should be more polite when talking to guests and also remove the information about "24 hour service" from the hotel description.
