Exceptional

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated near the central train station in the heart of Turin. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were thoughtful. Additionally, the breakfast was abundant, offering a range of options to suit all tastes. Highly recommended for a good stay in Turin.

A very good but perhaps not excellent choice for a one night stay in Torino.

Very clean, attentive and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and the location is convenient to the Central Station and much of the city.

Our room was uncomfortably hot (25C in winter), and we were unable to make any adjustments to the temperature, even after consulting with the staff. We slept with the windows open, which in the somewhat sketchy neighborhood meant we also slept poorly due to our location right over the noisy street.

Great property for a tourism or business visit to Torino

The hotel is located a block away from the Portage Nuova station and a lot of public transportation. There are many cafes, bars, restaurants within walking distance. The room was on the small side, but very well appointed and it even had a nice balcony, which I didnt use, unfortunately, due to the time of year (late December). The bathroom was also small, but it had a very nice walk-in shower. The hotel charges 7 for breakfast, which is an amazing deal. Everything at the buffet was fresh and plentiful. The young lady who took care of the breakfast room was incredibly kind and attentive. The cleaning staff always did a great job. I also found all the people at the reception to be very extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
