The property was clean and the location is soo calm not crowded

No privacy between the rooms we can listen to the other rooms clearly and it wasnt smoke free if someone is smoking in the other room you can smell it also the room is smaller than expected , plus no closet. the water from the shower can go out beside the door. The breakfast is limited compared to other hotels but its good

I believe it was not a 3-star hotel because I have never seen any 3-star hotel with this awful property. I think It does

There was nothing I liked. It was awful.

It smells nasty in the rooms. The location was terrible because its alley had a very steep slope. The weather was freezing inside the rooms, and during my stay, the heater did not work for 3 nights out of 4 nights!!! It did not have any appropriate partition for the washroom. There was a glass partition without any proper privacy. Also, the water was leaking into the room while we were having a shower. I did not have any safe box in the room and we asked to bring one!!! I would want to cancel my reservation when I arrived there, but I could not because I had reserved it as a non-refundable. I will never book any hotel in Istanbul without free cancellation.
