    The location and friendly staff
    The description said it was suitable for 3 people but only had a king bed and a chair in the room. I had to call the staff to get a cot. When it arrived, it was musty smelling therefore the room had a musty smell for our entire stay. Didn't clean the room so I called down for extra face cloths and waited over 5 hours for them. We had to pay for everything including a bottle of water, unless you wanted a small glass of water when you checked in. They also were charging $45.00 for a late checkout. If you don't mind them nickel and diming you, then it was not a bad hotel because of the location.

    Its worth every penny.
    Close proximity to all things downtown San Antonio.
    Small area for valet parking. However their staff was prompt to assist us and keep the lines afloat.

    Definitely the vintage vibe
    Our cable did not work. The coffee was not very good at all that was in the room. We were told we would have a Riverwalk view, but instead we were facing a brick wall.

    Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice location
    Amazingly friendly staff. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Although quieter area of the river walk, we had loud people below us one night. I called the front desk and they immediately took care of the noise problem and brought me a fan at my request to create some white noise. Valet staff was best Ive ever experienced. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

    A beautiful stay right on the Riverwalk in the heart of San Antonio.
    A really gorgeous hotel right on the Riverwalk in the middle of everything you would want to do and see in San Antonio. The staff was extremely helpful and they dining options were great.
    There was nothing I didnt like.
