Friendly staff and great location right on Santana row

The comforter had a yellow circle stain on it. It didn't seem like it was washed after previous guests made it dirty.

We'll be back

The room was great, we had a balcony with a decent view. The bed was very comfortable. The bed is typically our biggest concern. All and all I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested. The 5th floor pool and spa was very nice.

A little on the pricey side, but I feel we got our money's worth. That is my only complaint

My husband and I were very happy with our visit to this beautiful hotel. Our room was perfect. It looked over the street and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and listening to the wonderful music from down below.
