The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and front desk had good hours. The room and bed were comfortable. They did have a small paid mini bar which was nice to be able to grab a water or drink without having to go out. The variety of options at the breakfast is very good.

The space they use for breakfast is too small and cramped. I was there in slow season. I can't imagine what it's like in peak season.

Beautiful setting in a great location- at the top of the centro storico, and only a short walk to the train station. Amazing breakfast spread, the best I've seen in Italy.

The location was close to the old town but had parking available a few doors down for a fee 15 euros a day.

Beautiful hotel, wonderfu l hospitality, fantastic short stay.

The breakfast was wonderful. The service provided by the young lady was polite and quick. Food was refilled quickly. Offers of a second cup of coffee were provided without attracting the servers attention.. she noticed our needs and offered more. The Nutella crepe was the best I have ever had - and I do not enjoy crepes! The room was cleaned discreetly and thoroughly.the staff all seemed cheerful and enjoyed their jobs, gave great recommendations for local eateries. Management should be proud of them. Beds comfortable and room cleanliness perfect after a train trip that was delayed by 2 hours.

Booking.com should have forwarded the two emails I sent letting the hotel know about the error I made in our time of arrival. Giuseppe was shocked we had arrived when we did. I am not sure if this was only in certain rooms but our bathroom was see through. That needs to be mentioned in your write up. I travel with my mother quite a bit and some warning or when at check in and I introduced my mother as my travel companion an alternate room should have been offered that may not have a see through shower or some mention of that in your room booking description. My mother and I were driven away from our table and chair set by our room (room 8) as the children were shouting and screaming, parents must have left the children unattended but the noise from the children and their mother shouting at them was ridiculous. Reception staff were aware as they were up and down the stairs many times. Wish they would have intervened.
