    A brilliant base. Nice and central with so much (bus and train staton/town centre/river walk) just minutes away.
    Lack of facilities. Two tvs with very limited access to English language channels) with no fridge, iron, ironing board or tea/coffee making facilities.

    The beds were very comfortable, the decor throughout the hotel is fantastic! I love the mix of elegance and fun. The hotel scent was amazing. I wish Id brought some home : )

    We booked a premium double room . the size and comfort and amenities of the room exceeded our expectations. Location (as described by others) was so convenient. Easy walk to main train station in one direction and then an easy stroll to the river or to the Mirabellplatz gardens and beyond.in the other direction.
    I fully understand the reason for not having cooked breakfast options but if we stayed for than 3 nights The toast/croissant &jam/ fresh fruit only options might have gottena bit boring. However there was always plenty and of good quality

    Only croissants for breakfast. Even small hotels have meats and cheeses for breakfast in Austria.

    Amazing staff but it is not a 4 star hotel whatsoever. Awful price:quality ratio. Cant believe I paid ~250 per night.
    The location. Friendly and helpful staff.
    The price. The lack of amenities. Poor lighting. There is no central light for the room, only a floor lamp. No fridge. No 24 hour reception. Rooms did not match the pictures. (The pictures show the room as very bright which is not the case)
