Nice place but extra charge if they clean the kitchen!

The property has a few Aircon units, and was roomy for 3 people. It was clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen provided a new kitchen sponge kit. The place is very central, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The kitchen cups and utensils were dirty, this was probably due to lack of dishwasher detergent, the fact that the place charges you if you do not clean the kitchen before you leave, putting pressure on customers to wash the cups etc by hand. Bring your own dishwasher tablets if you stay here. There is no parking available from the hotel, only a public pay parking place a short walk away. The shower and toilet room is on the small side. The second bedroom has an Aircon unit right above a bed, which is blowing cold air into the bed.

We had a very pleasant stay, would gladly had stayed for a longer time. Great location and very friendly staff.

Very friendly and extremely helpful. Surprisingly quiet considering its very central location.

Super good boutique hotel, highly recommend ed

Location was excellent. Very friendly staff. Clean and with amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Working AC that was a life saver, as outside temp was around 37 C.

Could have been nice to have salt and pepper in the kitchen. Drying rack on the terrace. Sun umbrella to rent or borrow. But these are just minor things

Very good

Great value in the heart of Juan les Pins

Fantastic location in the heart of the restaurants and bars but not noisy. Just a short walk to the beach and from the railway station. Very Friendly and helpful staff Super comfortable bed .

There was a food smell in the room, from the restaurant below but not over troublesome.
