    The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, next to the river. It is very cozy inside, in a classic style. The room and the bathroom kept very clean, equipped with all the basic stuff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The key to the room also works for the main entrance of the hotel as the reception is normally open until 11 pm.
    As I said, everything was clean but I would not expect such a strong detergent smell in the room entering the room after the cleaning. Less is sometimes more.

    The TV in the room was showing broken images on all channels. At 10 pm thereception did not answer to several calls. Breakfast skimpy.

    Clean room with nice bed and pillows. Bathroom was ok.
    AC wasn't working, swimming pool was closed, staff wasn't friendly/helpful. Also they charged 20 euros per day for the parking spot.

    Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, working shower with hot water, Sky TV, good WiFi, close to downtown, underground garage and very good restaurant nearby.
    Nothing negative to point out.

    highly recommend if you want a break in Turin
    position and the staff who were absolutely delightful
    nothing we were notified in advance that the pool was closed so this wasnt a problem as we knew in advance

    The Staff. Simon & Matteo. Extremely helpful & helped me with local places I needed to visit.
    a little dated in style now & needs updating. Sadly the swimming pool was out of action due to pump part they had been waiting on to be delivered because of COVID restrictions. annoying, as the weather has been scorching - literally!! so a dip in the pool would have been greatly needed.

    this is a tired hotel, choking on traffic, but staff great
    good receptionist and room cleaned well. recommended really good restaurant . loved walk by river
    brothers shower head not fixed. plunge pool closed. traffic nearby was terrible
