    Beautiful very well run hotel and we will be back!
    The boutique style, the amazing position, fantastic breakfast and excellent staff.
    Hate to even write this as it wasnt a huge problem but the bed was a little hard for me, but apart from that absolutely nothing.

    The city is beautiful
    The location and the facilities but because of the weather the pool was closed.
    We receive the groud floor rooms who are eqquiped for disabilities person and when I ask for change , they said that I didnt ask when I made the booking that I dont what those kind of room. We managed to change just 1 room from two.

    Everything! The breakfast was tasty, room and the view was great, and loved the outside to relax after being out and about all day. Really close to Sirmione old town and the staff were lovely
    There was no shampoo in the room so I asked the staff about it, and they told me to use the hand wash.. it worked fine but was a weird thing for a nice hotel to say
