Superb

Quick, clean, hungry

Very convenient, clean, and comfortable

The hotel stored our luggage for us when we arrived since our room wasnt ready. When we arrived back, the front desk attendant couldnt find our luggage. He let us come look in storage and it wasnt there. Very upsetting - a couple minutes later he asked around and found out it had been taken to our room - which was lovely, but scary! In addition, the next morning, we were told breakfast would be from 8-11. We arrived for breakfast at 10. There was no more hot food and nothing was refilled. We had to ask for juice to be replaced and we got the last bread available. Didnt complain too much because it was Christmas morning and they seemed understaffed and the sweet guy working was terrific. We had breakfast included.

Very good

Christmas in Barcelona

The hotel is well situated to most attractions. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and departure. We were lucky to park right infront of the hotel. It is a beautiful decorated hotel and very clean. We even received a complimentary stocked mini bar everyday. I would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

We booked two rooms. We stayed in a basic room with a terrible view. Our view was the next apartment block's laundry line. The rooms are not soundproof. The guest on the floor above walked every night with her tapping shoes for hours around. Not exactly the hotels fault but just the luck of our draw. The other room looked out on the street. Very light comfortable room. I would suggest to ask for a street view room. The breakfast room was very disorganised. Tables were not clean and set for new guests. I think a bit small to handle all the guests. One staff member on breakfast duty is not exactly enough to seat guests and clean tables.

It was a pleasant and homey stay.

The amenities, very friendly and accommodating staff, the space and vibe of the place and room, a lot of food breakfast selections and perfect spot which was very near the metro station.

The staff are helpful and warm hearted. And the terrace is nice. On my birthday I got letter, chocolates and beautiful balloons from the hotel. Its a lovely memory in Barcelona!
