Exceptional

Im glad we chose Hotel Wesal for us it was the right chose BRILLIANT.

We asked for rooms with a balcony, close together & Mountain View we got all three, the hotel reception area is very grand the rooms are a bit tired in need of decorating after saying that they were clean spacious we did have a problem with the pillows but when down to reception they gave us two more pillows problems solve, the breakfast was SUPERB, the hotel is outside the main shopping area so ideal for us just a short walk to the main street & funicular railway, BRILLIANT we would definitely stay at the Hotel Wersal

Passable

The TV only had Polish speaking channels. Considering that Zakopane is an international holiday resort, I would assume that it would have other languages besides Polish.

Good

Location was great, staff was nice, breakfast were really good. Also we got a comfortable parking spot.

We lived in the top floor - it was a pretty hot day. It was very hot in the room, and it lacked any kind of ventilation. It was hard to sleep because there was no fresh air. The pillows were really bad also.
