    Twin bed is not comfortable. The room was enough for any size bed
    Entrance to the hotel was not clean. Does not look safe. The key took to long to open with all the creepy people around.

    Good location and quite comfy rooms. Well equipped, hair dryer, wifi, tv, and all the basics. They even let us leave the luggages after check out for hours.
    The rooms are well cleaned but due for some new carpets.

    Overall, my stay at the hotel was good and convenient with just some little recommendations above.
    I like the location - close to the Hbf. It was very quiet inside the hotel.
    There were not enough lightings along the corridors and stair especially at 5th floor. No elevator going to higher floors. Table is too small and narrow. Sockets were located too far.

    I travelled with my family, wife and 10 years old daughter. We couldn't sleep at all because in the room next to us there was a party until 5 am, with drugs and loud music. For the same price and even cheaper, we have stayed in nicer places in Germany. The hotel seems more like a brothel since it is located in the red district, and in general, the neighbourhood and the hotel seem quite dangerous and unsuitable for a family. Moreover, the bed was infested with fleas, and the shower curtain was tainted with spots of semen. We raised our concerns with the receptionist, and no answers were provided or actions taken. In sum, don't stay here!!!

    Poor Hotel security and service
    The automatic door system was not functioning properly. Every time we needed to open or close the door, we had to call reception. This situation made it very challenging for our family to stay in this hotel. I requested a room change, but they assured me it would be done the next day, which unfortunately never happened throughout our entire stay. As a result, I cannot recommend this hotel. The staff is not friendly.
