    Handy to Old Town and Rail station
    The location was very good, and so were the breakfasts. The hotel was clean and modern.
    The size of the rooms were very small. Hard to fit in your luggage.

    Everything! Location, short walk from train station. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was great and friendly. Also, I loved the fact that this a small independent hotel run by a local person. Prefer these over the big corporate chain hotels.
    Nothing bad about this hotel. All positive.

    It was a great experience!
    The staff was fantastic!! They were the best of all of our hotels we stayed at during our trip! The breakfast was our best too! We can definitely recommend Hotel Zach!

    Lovely hotel, great location
    Very helpful friendly staff, room was ready early, but they had already said would store our luggage for us if it hadn't been ready. Great breakfast selection. Very conveniently located for city, old town and tram services. Only 5 minutes walk to main train station

    All the staff from the reception and the Breakfast room were extremely kind and friendly. The room was very nice as well! The breakfast has a good variety of food with many options, including vegan-friendly or gluten-free options. I highly recommend this hotel! :)

    We loved our stay and would happily come back next time!
    The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. We arrived early and they accommodated early check-in. We had questions about skiing and using the city bus, and they were able to answer our questions. The lady at the front desk told me where I could find an open convenience store on sundays, and everyone was very nice.
    The shower was a little messy, the shower head didnt stay in place so we both got water everywhere
