Pre Christmas holiday

The stuff was friendly, the spa is excellent addition after a long hiking or walking around city.

We didn't like that there is not still water in the bar or in the room

Picturesque mountain views right from the balcony and a decent sauna facility is a big plus during a winter stay over here.

For the price that we pay, many things are not kept that well and clean. For example bathroom, towels and jacuzzi were either smelly or dirty. The receptionists were often absent during day time itself so we had to wait quite a while to ask them for something. And one of the receptionist was absolutely unhelpful and unaware of how to reach the popular destination, Morskie Oko lake.

Cozy stay with amazing view

The property is perfect for resting and to spend your time actively as well. The location makes it super easy to get to any touristic attraction. The Wellness part of the hotel will guarantee relaxing evening for anyone. Its a family business and the people that work here makes you feel very welcomed and theyre always happy to help. The view from the room is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend it if you come to Zakopane. :)
