    I loved the design of the room it was perfect for looking out at the cathedral. The bathroom in the room is a great touch. The staff were really helpful and friendly, which as a woman staying on her own was really welcome as it made me comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb and catered for everyone. The location is interesting with much to explore.
    The breakfast buffet was confusing if no one was around to explain. The sound really carries from the rooms. Ear plugs were provided.

    It was good. But didnt care for the parking situation.
    I think booking with Booking.com, we got the smallest of smallest room that they had. I would book with the hotel directly next time. Breakfast was very good and the front desk people were very helpful. I didnt notice on the website that parking would be so hard. We found the underground parking lot they recommended but the elevator was out of order. So up the stairs we went with our luggage and then dragging our luggage 3-4 blocks over all the cobblestones and even more stairs. Not fun when you are 70 years old.
    Parking, how small the rooms were.

    Expensive for what it is.
    Pressure of the water of the shower.
    It wasnt worth the amount i paid for. The room was very small. Limited space to just sit and relax. The drain of the shower didnt properly work (water kept building up in the shower). Room was cold as we entered. Airco was still on.

    Lovely romantic room with Rubens artwork across the walls and ceiling. Right in the centre of the historic quarter. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Antwerp is a thriving and historic city and with a Christmas market to add to the mix. Great time...

    Lovely, quaint hotel in a great area, highly recommend
    The property is in a perfect location for the old town. The communal areas and rooms are stylish abcs the reception staff are warm, friendly and attentive. We loved everything about the property, particularly the vintage musical equipment on display in reception and the view from our room over the square from our shuttered window.
    Ive only dropped one point on this review and I was in two minds whether or not to mention it because its such a small thing and might have been a one-off. On the last day I checked under the window seat to make sure Id not left my shoes there and I found a discarded plastic tub that looked like it was from a takeaway or something. Thankfully we were about to check out otherwise I would have called reception. As it happened we couldnt tell reception as we were in a hurry to catch our train and just dropped our keys as we left. I know it was probably just a mistake by one person on one day, but perhaps housekeeping could revise a cleaning checklist or something

    The staff. We were there for a concert and the manager lived near the venue and actually took us in her own car to the show !!! Wow ! That is too class service. Thanks Charlie !

    Perfect location to explore Antwerp from - comfortable and excellent value.
    The location in relation to the major attractions of Antwerp is perfect; the checking in process was efficient, and the room had all the amenities necessary for a city break - a great base for exploration.
