    Fantastic stay
    Amazing hotel, great communication prior to the booking, spacious and spotless rooms with kitchenette, comfortable beds, breakfast was plentiful and topped up regularly by attentive staff. Gentleman on reception was fabulous, attentive and made us feel very welcome. We loved being greeted by delicious cup of mulled wine. Lovely touch.

    The person at the reception talked way to much and me us feel unconfortable Huge breach of GDPR. They made a copy of my ID without my consent and made me write the card number on a paper. Pretty far from the city center (if you want to walk)

    We are glad that we stayed at Beletage-Boutique hotel.
    1) Very friendly reception officer. He was able to do the check-in earlier than the estimated time and gave useful information about the City. Other staff members were also very polite. 2) Beautiful interior of the room and common areas. 3) Metro station, tramway station are located very close to the hotel. 4) Airport bus stop is approximately 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel. 5) Free tea, mulled wine, cakes were available during the day time.

    A home away from home, surrounded by warm welcomes and smiles.
    The property and staff made our whole trip a lot more memorable. The service was great, as we had everything that we needed, including umbrellas when it was raining. House Beletage Boutique is a very intimate type of property, it as doesn't give you the feeling of a "hotel", but rather a home away from home, where you can rest at the end of the day. Our room was clean, warm and cute. I was also greeted by a personalized message, by the door, which made me feel special and welcomed. For breakfast there were multiple options to choose from, either salty or sweet, and there was always someone to refill it in case a certain food ran out. They get bonus points for the fact that they offer mulled wine, tea, coffee and some small snacks throughout the day, which is very much appreciated!! There are enough means of transport nearby, but if you like to walk, the property is at a decent distance from the center.

    Great stay, would recommend to stay!
    Clean, stylish, friendly staff. The free coffee and mulled wine throughout the day was a lovely addition. Body wash provided and replenished. Lovely quiet street. Great breakfast.
    Towels were very small and could be better quality.

    Would recommend to friends & family.
    Lovely little hotel, in a great location, with great rooms and nice little added touches (like free mulled wine and cakes in the afternoon, and a nice welcoming message on the room door...). Breakfast simple but more than adequate. Staff were exceptional - can't recommend them highly enough. All in all a great stay. My only minor gripe is that the pillows weren't to my liking , but I am super fussy with pillow. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if I went back to Budapest.
    Budapest is crazy expensive these days.....but you can't blame the hotel for that ! :)
