Who was the thing I did like was the lady that works at night I forgot now really done Earth lady she was really very one of the only people that were very nice she didn't tell me a couple things and she's very polite about it I understood and corrected the problem and that was it so I get props to her she knows who she is so I'm with the dog whatever names sorry

I've never been more insulted in my life I go and just open the door to my room and some old man comes and tells me that this that ain't my room and she's telling me it's his do you want to see the key said yes so I showed him the key he's oh that's not the right room which it was so he turned around humbly couldn't say nothing else left well the next morning I go to breakfast and I'm Rewards member granted and they are sent this that I don't I'm not allowed to be there why are you here and I had to show my key again and it's once again they had to eat Humble Pie and she's very snobby people very stuck up people if you're down to earth and maybe you can brush your hair that morning when you go to breakfast

Wonderful location for zoo, Midway Museum and Old Town. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Bathroom tub faucet would not turn off. Water actually ran (not dripped) all the time we were there. As it was over xmas, it was not repaired by the day we left. A terrible waste of money and water. Cannot understand why it had not been repaired weeks ago - either not reported by cleaning staff or just not fixed? Front desk seemed to take it seriously when we reported it-

Not what I expected, wish I booked elsewhere.

Close to Sea World.

No hot water for shower, its luke warm. They dont clean the rooms overnight. Fire alarm goes off early in the morning hours. The dont send maintenance to fix it u till after 6am. The breakfast room was visited by homeless people from the street. I would seriously avoid this place and find a better rated hotel instead.

Poor customer service and disruptive staff.

I liked the location, it was convenient.

I did not like that the room keys didnt work, the doorknobs were faulty, the window curtanos flew up with the A/c and heater, the housekeeping staff came by and woke me up at 9a!! That disrupted my sleep. I didnt like that so tried calling the hotel # on the printed receipt and from the hotel room and there was no answer twice.

Very dissatisfied. Would not reccomend

The property was super run down. The room they checked me into had a hole in the bottom of the door. It looked like the a rat had chewed through the bottom of the door. The carpet was stained and the room overall had a stuffy smell to it. I asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the property and I would not stay there again.
