Superb

An excellent hotel in every respect

Out of 3 hotels I stayed at (in or near downtown Buenos Aires) over the last two weeks [with a 4-day trip to Iguazu falls in-between], this hotel stood out as the best and most comfortable of all of them. I liked it even more than my other decent hotel stay in Puerto Iguazu. All four hotels in Argentina were booked through Booking.com

Very good

The breakfast is very good, with diferent kind of breads an a good fruit selection. We stayed in a large room with confortable beds.

The bathroom does not have suppport for personal toiletries. I think it would be useful have something to support personal items.

Needs improvements but has potential

Front desk staff

First day at hotel 28 c outside AC not working properly. Having problems with key card, Only one elevator working. They sprayed a strong smelling spray on bedding in room. Too strong grave us a headache. A bright led lights in room no way to turn them off at night. Made it difficult to fall asleep. Tv remote not working correctly. Poor service at restaurant after arriving ordered food and drinks. Got our order wrong . Had to call waiter over after long wait for meat pie. He never ordered it. So waited longer. Finished my drink and waited 20 minutes staff were talking so finally had to go to bar and order beer.
