Air conditioner(heater) was so loud on first speed, was impossible to sleep. It was about 38db 2 meters from it(i have db tester with me). We turned off in the night, but in room was about 16c~ after short period of time. Result= we got sick.

The bar staff lady was very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. She is a credit to the hotel.
Very dissapointed about Reception Check In. There was only two people in front of us and it still took over 30 minutes of just standiing and waiting to be served. I don't know what the problems were for each person but the Receptionist girl didn't seem bothered about us waiting for such a long time. Seemed very unprofessional and put me in a very bad mood.
