    Third visit to this hotel , well located for our journey , very good staff, very clean hotel.
    Very friendly warm service, kept well updated on reservation, nice big room, good restaurant adjacent to hotel/on site, staff are great.

    We stayed an extra night as it was so comfortable,and relaxing
    Beautiful building, exceptional renovation to high standard.Friendly staff, great restaurant on site Spacious well designed rooms , bathroom is excellent standard.Close to Avignon for the day and back. Le Pontet is a commercial area but we didnt need to leave our hotel.

    Lovely converted old building. Just outside Avignon with regular buses until late into centre. Fabulous buffet breakfast, in the evenings the restaurant served delicious dinner, but could walk to good choice of other places to eat if wished

    We loved the spacious and clean room. As we were sightseeing to surrounding area location of the hotel was good for us a
    spacious and clean room, very helpful staff
    we had a visiting lizard one night that was difficult to tracethe hotel is located in the industrial area which is not attractive to walk in the neighbourhood.

    Nice hotel, clean rooms
    We eat at the hotel restaurant and pay the bill at the restaurant. But when we checked out they tried to charge us again for the restaurant bill. After i told that we paid for it they said it was ok. After two days they called my phone and told me that they checked the restaurant cameras and saw that I didnt pay. It was completely nonsense and I sent them the cerdit card approval for the payment. They didnt bother to apologize.

    One of the best hotels we have stayed in France so far.
    Extremely clean, great swimming pool, perfect family room, delicious breakfast with lots of different choices of fruit, bread, cheese, juices, etc. Factory restaurant highly recommended for dinner.

    Very pleased with room, restaurant and indoor pool.
    We were happily surprised with our room, the warm indoor pool environment, and more than that, by the quality of the brasserie restaurant attached. It got quite busy with locals on a weekday, with good reason. Good food and ambiance.
