Nice and comfortable

The guy who directed everyone where to sit for breakfast. Felt like being in the army. Very regimenting approach with no smile.

Great chlet, and its combo restaurant & proximity to the ski slopes is second to none

Location & proximity to slopes, restaurant & half-board formula and brand new spa facilities.

Room was sufficiently spacious and had good amenities but look a little old now from a decoration point of view.

Why is this fantastic 3 star not got a 4th?!

Everything was amazing: food was fantastic, the service friendly and professional, spa facilities very much appreciated after a day on the slopes. Location is good too - 5 minute walk into the centre. Or, a 1 minute walk up the hill (and down at the end of the day) for ski out/in.

I'm struggling to think of something we didn't like... so I'm not going to force it.

Stay away from this hotel

The bed linen is clean. It's the only positive thing I can say about this accommodation.

The 2-bedroom apartment is unheated, with no radiators except in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning, and outside temperatures are below freezing. Bedroom no 2 has 2 beds for small children, and our teenage son doesn't fit in them. The toilet was dirty.
