Overall it was okay.

The rooms were clean, modern and comfy. There was a bus station nearby which could drive you to the city center.

There is a construction site right in front of the hotel door. In case you are reaching the hotel by car, its difficult to move your things in your room, as you have to park across the street and walk around the construction site. That should be already clear to the customers when they book the room, as it affects them and the hotel is not offering any help with the luggage (i would expect that from a 4-stars hotel). Secondly, the receptionist at night speaks almost no english and is not helpful to the guests. We asked about the parking in the city and all we got as an answer was parking in Paris is very difficult. At some point we could not open the hotel door and were ringing the bell for some support and no one approached us for like 20 minutes. Luckily some other hotel guest helped and when we went inside we noticed that the receptionist was just busy talking in her mobile phone. To conclude, a few days before the check-in we were asked what was the reason for our stay in Paris so that the hotel could be well prepared ro expect us. It took around 10 minutes to fill in the questionaire which is a fair amount of time, however it was just a wasted time. Do not care to fill out this questionaire because no one will read them and nothing will be prepared based on your input. One of the questions was on what occasion you are visiting Paris and it does not matter what your input is, nothing will change.

Rooms are well decorated, comfortable and very clean. Not too noisy, which is quite rare in Paris. The location is not central but fine thanks to public transportation nearby. Would recommend

Nothing really to dislike. It's quite expensive but if you get a discounted rate it's really worth the price.

the fact that it has a bathtub, robe and slippers.

it is overpriced, the size of the room and bathroom for the price charged doesnt add up to me. The sauna and Pool being adjacent to the breakfast buffet separated by one glass wall was strange to me and made the value and experience drop. !! an idea : to add high plants in front of the glass creating a more oasis vibe would do.

Lovely modern hotel with friendly staff and clean facilities

The hotel was very well situated, it only took us 30 mins to walk and train in to the centre of the city. The breakfast was very vast in terms of options and was a lovely added extra which sets it apart from other hotels. The room was very clean after we arrived back every day, and the staff we friendly and helpful.

The lift stopped working for 6th and 7th floor on one of our last days which was inconvenient but staff tried to help as much as they could

I looked for a place in Paris for a long time and definitely made a great choice with B55.

We really liked this place and even though the pool cost a little bit extra, the fee applied for the entire time and for myself plus 2 of my colleagues. So that was super fair to swim in an amazing pool and be alone in there also.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was reassuring as a single traveler. The environment of the hotel felt friendly and safe for me as a women traveling on my own.
