Overall it was okay.

The rooms were clean, modern and comfy. There was a bus station nearby which could drive you to the city center.

There is a construction site right in front of the hotel door. In case you are reaching the hotel by car, its difficult to move your things in your room, as you have to park across the street and walk around the construction site. That should be already clear to the customers when they book the room, as it affects them and the hotel is not offering any help with the luggage (i would expect that from a 4-stars hotel). Secondly, the receptionist at night speaks almost no english and is not helpful to the guests. We asked about the parking in the city and all we got as an answer was parking in Paris is very difficult. At some point we could not open the hotel door and were ringing the bell for some support and no one approached us for like 20 minutes. Luckily some other hotel guest helped and when we went inside we noticed that the receptionist was just busy talking in her mobile phone. To conclude, a few days before the check-in we were asked what was the reason for our stay in Paris so that the hotel could be well prepared ro expect us. It took around 10 minutes to fill in the questionaire which is a fair amount of time, however it was just a wasted time. Do not care to fill out this questionaire because no one will read them and nothing will be prepared based on your input. One of the questions was on what occasion you are visiting Paris and it does not matter what your input is, nothing will change.

Excellent stay

Rooms are well decorated, comfortable and very clean. Not too noisy, which is quite rare in Paris. The location is not central but fine thanks to public transportation nearby. Would recommend

Nothing really to dislike. It's quite expensive but if you get a discounted rate it's really worth the price.
