The bar staff that were my friends are no longer there it was a shame after so many previous visits not to see them. They do catch you out with mini bar and items in the room like crops very very expensive.

Guarantee procedure for the room was too much. I had to give 500 for guarantee. Compare with other hotel in Europe, they required only number of credit card without holding the amount of payment.
