The location, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff

One small lift only which sometimes resulted in having to walk up and down the stairs. Not a problem if you dont have luggage and youre on first or second floor

Very good

Great location, very friendly staff. Room is small but well decorated and comfortable.

We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant per the front desk staffs recommendation. It was okay - the 180 degree view of the city was nice but not super due to the design of the building the buffet offers typical hotel continental breakfast stuff.

Excellent hotel and would recommend if travelling for business.

I was upgraded so that made me very pleased with my room. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. The cleaners also made the room very clean.
