Central location, near parking house, kind staff, clean facilities. Good heating. Small but functional bathroom.

Booked room did not match the Booking.com photos. Staff was kind enough to upgrade the room. Low bed, shower cabin is not easy accessed (not for people with reduced mobility). Furniture ( IKEA) is worned out.

Great Location. Passable Hotel.

Car park next door. Small but quirky. Location was fantastic.

Not soundproof at all (was advertised as soundproof between rooms). Next room loud at 5:36 in morning Tv and talking. Other room was banging on the other wall. Lamp had broken wires. Power point in between beds, faulty. Could hear all the water running through the exposed pipes in bathroom, including the lovey 'thumps' from the toilets.

Really well situated in the centre of town. 10 mins from the cathedral. Public parking right next door.

City centre close to shops and restaurants

Room was very cold with radiator out of the ark! To be fair it was a cold night but wearing full clothes in bed?

perfect for a few days/ for an overnight stay while you travel.

the location was perfect but the staff was also excellent!!

There was not much to do in the hotel. However, this is compensated by the location because there is a lot to do around the hotel.
