Good

We left a polo shirt which was my husbands in their cloak room or private room, called them frantically but they said they dont have it. There was this guy whom we handed but couldnt find it. So very disappointed as it was an expensive shirt .

A cozy and good value hotel in the historical Avignon area

The location is very good. Roms was very clean. It.was a.cozy accommodation.

Traffic restrictions may make taxi or carriers leave you away from the hotel. This is not good when you have a couple of heavy luggages.

Brief but pleasant

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Avignon, dead centre of the town. A nice outdoor terrace which even in Winter time shields nicely from the wind and makes a winter sit down to be a pleasurable experience. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Highly recommended.

Our only complaint is the particularly bad smell in the showers (which seems to be common in lots of hotels). Maybe they don't get flushed very often.

Clean and spacious, I really liked the bathroom and it's shower. This hotel has the best central location in the town.

Sometimes it can be noisy, depending on if there is an event on the street.

Terrific place to make as our hub for exploring Avignon.

The decorations of the hotel were delightful and welcoming. Staff were kind and the rooms very comfortable.

Not a good stay unfortunately

great location

It took 30 minutes to do the check in and the toilet in my room has not been cleaned propetly. I found poo from the previous guest in it... I can not say if it came back up again after flushing. Anyway the cleaning personal should have double checked it.

Comfortable hotel in centre of town

Helpful staff. Arranged for us to have a room off the courtyard as my wife did not like to use chairs. Decent breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Short walk from central station.
