    A charming hotel located right in the centre of Biarritz and a 2 minute walk to the sea.

    Good central hotel for visiting Biarritz.
    Very welcoming,friendly staff. Centrally located for main town. Clean and tidy apart from some carpets - see below! Good choice for breakfast on Sunday.
    Carpets outside bedrooms in hallways desperately need replacing as are very marked and look dirty- even if they werent! Lots of noise early morning and late evening from the apartments next door. Not such good choice for breakfast on Monday.

    Location was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and I apprecited help when I lost my wallet.

    Great stay, great location, decent price.
    Great location super close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfast looked great. Friendly staff.
    Room had a bit of a funky damp smell but think it was just the aircon. There was a club outside that was kinda noisy but not enough that it really disturbed our sleep.

    Great location Brilliant staff
    Great location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Comfy rooms well equipped. Staff were brilliant great senses of humour and happy smiling faces. Really helpful with directions, things to see and do.
    City centre location meant it was noisy late at night. Drains were a bit windy first thing but overall great.

    OK for a late one night and leaving in the morning.
    The Location was perfect. There was a lot of confusion with check, in, as no text message or email was sent to confirm how to access the hotel on late arrival. The message that was sent informed us that there would be someone there till 11pm. Which was not the case. An old lady, guest let us in, she was trying to get out.
    The decor is very out dated in the bedrooms, The small shower room was modern, the toilet room was very bad decor. It was ok for a one late night stay over, but would not want to be there for a few nights.

    A really nice place to stay. Just a shame about the nightclub being so close.
    The convenience of the location
    I did not like the locality of the nightclub which was very rowdy and went on till the very early hours of the morning keeping us awake
