A lovely hotel near Arc de Triomphe, near the New Year Eve party venue. A comfortable room and beds, TV, lovely bathroom, kettle for making coffee and tea. Water and chocolates on arrival, a cosy lobby

Good location and room but terrible service and amenities.

Location, size of the room (deluxe).

The service was mediocre. To give an example, we had a coffee machine in our room (as advertised) but no coffee pods. We asked the reception to provide pods several times starting on the first day and they never did it. Booking.com should change their website to account for the fact that coffee is not provided. Its not a huge deal but when you pay for an upgrade to have a nice room (this was a deluxe room) you expect decent service and the hotel to provide the amenities you paid for. Not a good deal for the price after all.

I have already recommended the hotel to friends and would consider staying there again.

Hotel was perfectly located between the Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower with reasonable walk to both. Public transportation was near by.

Info about "take away breakfast" given by email didn't match what we were told by staff on site. We ultimately choose to eat breakfasts elsewhere.
