Everything! the atmosphere the, the charm of the hotel, the history, the lounge area, the small details, the interior! basically everything.

nothing! but just a suggestion, it would be better if there were plugs instead of USB ports besides the beds.

Cozy romantic hotel

Location was really cozy across from a festive Christmas square. The hotel was a beautiful, clean old building, very charming.

We had a small two-person room. No space to walk around the bed, just enough room to place a small suitcase.

A wonderful Christmas experience, in a very picturesque village , in a warm, welcoming, beautiful hotel.

Beautiful old property, historical building in the centre of an absolutely beautiful medieval village. The hotel looks out over the square and is in a great location. Approx 30 mins on the busy to get to Colmar - the bus stop is less than 5 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast is buffet style, delicious choice of breads, meats, cheese, pancakes, preserves, eggs etc really fresh. We visited in December for the Xmas markets - a magical stay, the hotels decorations look fabulous and its is cosy, warm and welcoming- great place to stay!

Other than breakfast there is no other food or snacks available- the town is very busy and finding a restaurant for lunch or dinner can be a challenge.

Awesome!

Everything was so nice , the hotel was so perfect located, in the town center, so close to the bus stop .The hotels lobby was incredible , rooms were very well decorated. Karim and Celine were so kind ,attentive and helpful. If I come to Turckheim again definitely would book here .Highly recommended!
