    Historic enchanting hotel. Front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
    Two flights of stairs - no elevator but we managed.

    The location was convenient, and the heater worked quickly and efficiently. The reception staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.
    There was no shower curtain. The bathrooms were tiny.

    Shower had no holder, hand held which was difficult for us..plug didnt.work . No fan so a lot of condensation. The toilet.and bathroom doors were difficult to close.

    Quaint but disappointing.
    Breakfast was good. Pillows were good. Air conditioning was awesome.
    Our room overlooked the breakfast area and was at an entry point to the upper floors. There was noise in our room whenever the toilet nearby flushed. There were 2 grades of rooms, one used the larger, attractive communal area 4* and one had a small, crowded sitting room 3*. We were unaware of the difference when we booked so had a 3* room overlooking the breakfast area. Bathroom was small and awkward to move around in. Floors creaked due to age.

    Quirky quaint property. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Great location close to central Beaune.
    Very few working sockets in room. No mini bar in room although room description says this is included.
