Good place but careless staff

Room Setting is simple but efficient and confortable

The staff is conscious of the parking difficulties and still do not advise properly. The parking was full and after my car was taken away by the police in the morning while parked at a non disturbing spot the staff gave incomplet information. As a result had to do 2 unnecessary trips to the car storage location. While inquiring why incomplete information were given the staff said they were too busy and that I should have known. At the same time the city Staff were enjoying coffee at the reception. So time was apparently available for others.

I would still stay here again.

Family room layout was good with a balcony. Staff are friendly.

Toilet design for family room was not good. Sink was so broad there was no space to put our toiletries. The triple room basin was better with platform for toiletries. Housekeeping not meticulous. Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and towels not folded. Water bottles were not replenished the next day.

Great boutique hotel

Beautifully renovated hotel with boutique finishes and excellent staff. The location is ideal, close walking distance to city centre. The rooms are nicely equipped, beds are very comfortable.

Hard to complain about anything.

Exceptional

Hands down the best Hotel/Room of our trip. Absolutely loved it.

We couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay in Aix. Lovely room. Really cosy. Super comfy bed. Marc, at the front desk, treated us really well, and the breakfast was great. Every single member of the staff we dealt with treated us really kindly and were very helpful. The interior design in general and in the room we stayed in was really nice and we really enjoyed the rooftop as well. The quality/price ratio is quite ridiculous. We were planning on staying for just one night but we liked it so much we decided to repeat.
