Overall I would suggest this place

Location was great, close enough to city center and far from the noice & crowd of the centerville. Breakfast was average, staff was very helpful. Having complimentary water, coffee was nice, free parking was great.

Room was too small, bathroom too small, not enough space for the luggage and clothes, no toiletries, poor quality of towels.

Very good

Good basic hotel for short stay.

Comfortable room. The bathroom was perfectly functional if a little on the small side. Tea and coffee provided but no milk. However, free soft drinks were available in reception. Helpful staff.

No lift so a bit of a struggle for two oaps to get luggage up the stairs! Bathroom was a bit cramped.

Fruendly, warm, welcoming and comfortable stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. I loved the eclectic decor in the dining room and reception area. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. I was traveling with my niece so we were in a twin room. It was a little small, however as we were out all day this was not an issue for us. There was a kettle and a case stand. Despite being on the ground floor facing the car park it was quiet. The location was about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the Christmas Markets. It is a longer walk from the station, 20-25 minutes and if visiting on a weekend for the Christmas Markets book a taxi from the hotel the day before as Colmar is very busy. We ended up walking both ways as could not get a taxi from the station when we arrived.
