Location, room and staff.

The telephone in the room didnt work. So I called the reception with my own phone and a lady answered and I asked when check out was, then she hung up on me. My roomcard didnt work one night as well.

Great communication and welcome from the staff. Able to check in early. Room was very clean.

Bathroom had some issues: Heater's on/off pull cord broken. Only luke warmish water in shower and sink. No towel racks or hooks to hang towels.
