    Location of hotel very close to train and bus station. Room which I upgraded to a slightly bigger one at 30 euros was good and quiet. Staff at front desk quite friendly.
    Breakfast could be better with more selections. There was no milk in the room to have a good cup of tea or coffee. The window shades were complicated to work just like some of the lighting in the room.

    Good location, clean and polite service.
    Room was clean and spacious enough for a couple of nights (we were only 1 night). Location is very convenient for the old town quarter. Private car park (although not free!)
    No express breakfast ie coffee+croissant. It was only full (expensive) breakfast which not needed.

    This is a very good hotel and a decent value in Annecy. It wasnt fancy, but clean and comfortable.

    The property was city centre allowing walking access to the city.
    Parking garage was a little tight for a big car, staff were very helpful

    Very enjoable stay.
    Room was very cleane and comfortable. Location was perfect - just by the old town and close to the lake with very nice restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast was very nice with lovely warm fresh bread, and everything one could wish for. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

    Excellent stay in a beautiful town.
    It is a very pleasant hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to just about all places of interest. The hotel is very clean and the staff is pleasant and friendly. It is a short walk from the train and bus station.
    No complaints at all.
