Hotel location is excellent for the one who would like to be inside the town, The room is cleaned. We did not use the pool.

perhaps, price. as it is just incredible expensive during the christmas market season.

it was fun

Everything was very nice, Colmar is a small city anyway, we walked everywhere. The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. The location of the hotel was good, it had everything a hotel room should have. bathrobe, coffee, hair dryer, duvet, extra pillows. The size of the room was also very good. If I come again, I will stay here.

I just wish the breakfast had a little more variety

The hotel is centrally located. Right in the middle of all Colmar Christmas markets, within walking distance. The breakfast is wonderful and the decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant is unique and wonderful. Our room was very nice, an attic room with a terrace, beautifully furnished, the bathroom was very modern, clean and stylish and the electronic toilet was unusual. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The employees are very caring and respectful.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel was very cosy, cute and nicely decorated for Christmas. Good breakfast. We really appreciated that the room had a coffee machine in the room.

Room door could be replaced with modern ones. We've got that old-school key for which we needed to find 'right position' in order to lock it.
