Ok for price range.

Great location, close to aquarium and other attractions. Good price.

Room very dated and needing repairs - shower leaked out onto floor when in use. No air conditioning and with location, got very noisy when leaving windows open some night to try cool room. Place could benefit from some repairs/modernisation as paint and wallpaper damaged/peeling in room and stairwell.

Worth it for the view, double doors & balcony

Amazing double doors and little balcony, overlooking the harbour and sea fort. La Rochelle is the city that never sleeps, and the most vibrant place in France that weve visited. The rest was usual budget standard. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly and kind. Childrens play park right opposite, by the harbour.

Parking was awkward, we had to use an underground multi-storey. The next day we struggled to find a way in and it took us awhile to get our car back.

Good value for money. Great location.

Good location. Nice view from the room. As it is located by the main harbour, it is nosey especially in the night. (lots of restaurants and bars below), but there were double windows which did well to block the noise.

No bath tub plug or shower curtain.

Excellent location

Noisy but that is purely due to the location. The rooms need air conditioning. Uncomfortable sleep because of the heat.

Great place in an excellent location

Perfect central location right on the harbour, close to plenty shops, cafs and restaurants. Room is older and a bit dated, but also some of the rooms have balcony views of the harbour which is definitely worth it.

Rooms are older and a bit dated so not the most luxurious. However, for the price of the stay and perfect location this is not a major issue at all. Rooms are warm in the summer too with no AC so you need to leave the door open, which can be noisy at night outside. But when the doors are closed, the soundproofing is really good!
