    The location of the hotel is amazing. Also, the staff attitude is above the expectations. They are all friendly and helpful. We like the soundbar in the room and in the shower. The view from the room was also great. The breakfast is absolutely worth ordering. It can be served in the room. The small nice gestures like delicious candies, the cake (unfortunately, it is not my thing though)
    The fridge was broken in our room. Or it was an electricity issue. The fact it didn't freeze. In general, I was waiting a little bit more from the room.

    Quite retreat, surrounded by green, with wonderful swimming pool.
    Lovely swimming pool, surrounds by palms and trees. Great restaurant. Very quiet and nice relaxed atmosphere to retreat too after the hustle and bustle of Biarritz. Staff very friendly.

    The serenity and the food ! Nice touches with coffee, cakes and lemonade and most importantly they are dog friendly
    You need a car but it wouldnt be as quiet and relaxing if you didnt !

    Not an air conditioned property as stated but comfy and very clean.
    Travelling down to Portugal from the Uk the location was a great halfway stop. Lovely comfy beds, nice big bathroom, clean. Lots of free parking and beautiful surroundings.
    Room service options were really limited and really fancy.foie gras is not what most people think of when ordering room service. after 10 hours in the car we just wanted to enjoy a rest in the comfy room but had to go into Bidart to get a pizza. Air conditioning didnt work and reception pretty much indicated it didnt for the whole building..wouldnt want to be here in a very hot spell as to have the door open at night just invites the mosquitoes in! The lady on reception said shed find out about the air con but never came back.

    was only one night as driving from windsor in uk to Alicante withis being the only stopover. Lovely room, beautiful bath
    beautiful setting , well looked after property, spotlessly clean and nothing was too much for the young lady at reception who assisted immediately to all our needs.
