Excellent location, comfortable stay.

Super location near the train station. Easy walk to the Tourist Office and to the main part of town. Very nice property.

Very good location, adjacent to the bus station.

The hotel is OK. The room was good, very well equipped (wardrobe, hangers), clean. Very good bed.

Don't be fooled! The hotel staff promised me that on the last day, when I would leave before breakfast time, I would be able to take something to eat. However, when I was about to leave early in the morning I was told that it is "impossible". So I left hungry. The room is very narrow. It was very difficult to squeeze to the window between the bed and the small desk. To sit at the desk, I had to sit on the bed.

Confortable bed, good water pressure on bath, location

Reception facilities too small with breakfast area included, quality of the breakfast (no juices at all) hopefully there are lots of options nearby

Good location. Very helpful staff. They even provided us with a "picnic" breakfast when we left very early on a tour and were unable to have breakfast before we left.

The first room they gave us was tiny! They charged us a very reasonable fee to upgrade to a better room.

Convenient Stay

The location was very convenient next to the bus station. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We lucked out and got a very large corner room. The rooms were pretty basic but the bathrooms were huge and very nicely updated.

Hotel was at the front end of a commercial building along the street and in front of a bus stop so it was rather loud with the window open. Living portion of the rooms were a bit dated.

Fantastic hotel, on site parking, close to the center of town and all the fun!

Great location just off the busy section but close enough for a short walk to everything - cinema, shopping, old town, all the sites! Parking next to the hotel was fantastic to have. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and the interior of the hotel was inviting, warm, friendly, and wonderful. The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, 24/7 front desk.

The perfect spot for an overnight in Aix - near bus and train transportation.

Loved that this hotel was close to the bus and train station, yet set back and private. The staff was wonderful, friendly and warm and informative. The breakfast looked amazing and the coffee was good. Easy to walk a block to the beginning of the historic center and right by the tourist office : ) would definitely stay here again.

It was all good.
