    Hotel stay cost was far too expensive for what you got. Only 1 coffee available each in the room for morning Hotel Restaurant food was also way too expensive

    Fantastic customer service. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy and modern. I did a cycle event which started at 02.30 and they accommodated us for breakfast, with eggs, pastries, meats, cereals. Ski storage room, which the hotel were happy for us to use for bike storage. Great location to centre of town. Can't say enough good things!

    An absolutely perfect trip, we loved every second of our time at Hotel Le Vanessa
    Hotel Le Vanessa is a delight! Incredibly wonderful, helpful staff at the front desk, dining room, and bar.
    If only the lobby and bar had more alpine charm!

    Highly recommended, we'll stay here next time we come to Verbier
    Extensive breakfast options and great coffee. Rooms were really nicely set up - separate changing area (although the light should be on a longer timer), separate loo and bathroom, and a small living area. The ski lift shuttle service was great - saved time in the mornings and was a welcome relief at the end of a hard day of skiing/boarding. The hotel parked our car when we arrived which meant we could ge up on the slopes faster. Great location in the centre of town, close to shops and restaurants and a relatively nice walk (or shuttle bus!) to the lifts
    Bedroom was a bit warm, but easily remidied by opening the window a little.

    Poor management, Very disappointing and overpriced albeit Verbier is fantastic.
    A few members of staff were exceptional and kind, in particular the driver who was always willing and friendly and very helpful .
    Everything was substandard, food overcooked and poor attention to detail. The manager was appalling, unfriendly, incompetent and rude and her attitude permeated everywhere. She should not be in a front of house position and she defended the behaviour of a highly abusive mysogenistic receptionist and then made no effort to make amends in anyway . The decor is tired and the whole place is overpriced and doesnt come close to other hotels and restaurants in Verbier .The spa was dirty and often not switched on . The towels were old and room facilities and bathrooms disappointing.

    Superb hotel - great location, wonderful staff, large and comfortable rooms.
    Warm, friendly staff. Very well renovated rooms. Nice choice at breakfast. Accommodated an early breakfast for those starting the Tour des Stations bike event.
