Great apartment, convenient location, value for money. Enabled a wonderful weekend!

Fabulous location, bus stop 1 min from front door, Tesco extra 5-10 min walk, M&S food at petrol station 3 mins away. Fabulous bistro 2 doors away. Great shower, warm heating as required, comfortable beds, large lounge with comfy sofa, lovely artwork on display.

Wasnt expecting Stags head on wall, not really our thing! Road noise from ambulances but get used to it.

Incredible property, very clean and comfortable

Temperature control in shower was non-existent and there was no real communication between us and host. Some acknowledgement in the flat wouldve be nice

Good location for exploring Edinburgh. Bonus point of hop on hop off bus stop just round the corner.

The location was good. However it should be noted that the flat is on a busy junction and if using the front bedroom and are a light sleeper take ear plugs.

Nothing in particular but would maybe not choose this flat again because of the noise element.

It was just perfect! Comfy, great location and such a happy space with everything you need and more - we loved our stay! Fringe Festival was a dream and to come home to this apartment made it even better, highly recommend!

a wonderful apartment in a great location.

Location was perfect for us. it was clean, comfortable, roomy. we were very happy with our choice. would stay here again. great value for price. very clear directions on how to access the property. staff was easy to deal with.

we had a hard time figuring out how to use several amenities. (hot water from the tap, coffee maker and grinder.)would prefer electric kettle. (we boiled water using a sauce pan) microwave would be nice.

A pleasant and welcoming place to make the stay in Edinburgh a good one!

The apartment was very welcoming and the rooms and kitchen facilities were greatly appreciated! It was also nice to know we were secure and able lock up and go at will.

Lock box info was not received. by email or sms which meant trying to get hold of the agent to assist, which took some time but I was able to eventually get access. Very stressful at the time! A suggestion would be that the window above the front door & bedroom closest to the front should have windows blocked. Light sleepers are impacted as the passage light is very bright in the flat at night.
